Just a line to commend your company for the excellent standard of training provided tonight by your trainer, he was very professional and carried out the task efficiently, taking time to keep everyone at ease when training them. I speak from personal experience as it was my first abseil but he made it a lot easier via his training and patient manner when training. All the drivers were very pleased with him so always good to give positive feedback when deserved.
