IRATA issue membership penalty

Total Access (UK) Ltd were recently forced to make a complaint to IRATA International that the Directors of Rope Task Ltd have knowingly attempted to “pass off” as Total Access UK .

Total Access (UK) Ltd were recently forced to make a complaint to  IRATA International that the Directors of Rope Task Ltd have knowingly attempted to “pass off” as Total Access UK using paid Google Ad words to direct enquiries and business themselves by this apparently fraudulent means. Total Access advise that this is in direct and blatant contravention of the IRATA Bye Laws:

Members shall not: Act so as to injure the professional reputation and prospects or business of another individual member, member company or organisation.

A ballot of the Association has now been completed.The majority voting for Rope Task Ltd to be given a six month suspended sentence from IRATA Membership with immediate effect. If they are found guilty of a similar offence within the next six months then a six month suspension from IRATA Membership will be applied together with any additional penalty which may be found necessary.
