In early February Total Access (UK) Ltd presented Signal 1 Radio presenter Perry Spiller with the ultimate cleaning challenge. On the Tuesday 8th of February Perry participated in a High Level Clean with our IRATA trained Technical Services Team at Stoke City’s Britannia Stadium.
The event involved Perry abseiling down the front of the stadium whilst cleaning windows, under the careful supervision of Paul Hardman, an IRATA level 3 Technician and Stuart Alcock, Technical Services Cleaning Manager. Prior to the event Perry undertook specific basic training at our training centre in Eccleshall.
A series of short films have been devised to raise awareness on Working at Height Safety to enable people to gain an insight into rope access, which will prove a safe and discrete alterative solution to Working at Height.
